The controller's full legal identity (name or legal company name, tax ID and registered address) has yet to be added. This information must be completed before relying on this policy as a final legal notice.
Data and purposes
We process your name, phone number or email, number of apartments and message to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and organise the requested service. We do not use this request for advertising. Please do not include health information, identity documents or other sensitive data.
Legal basis
Enquiries are handled on the basis of the consent given through the form checkbox (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Processing necessary for steps you request before a contract or for an agreed service relies on Article 6(1)(b); legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Sending your request and recipients
The form prepares a link containing your message and does not send it automatically. We receive your data only when you send the message through WhatsApp or another contact channel. WhatsApp, a Meta service, processes data under its own terms and privacy policy and may involve international transfers; consult WhatsApp's policy for applicable safeguards. We do not share your data for advertising. Providers needed to handle communications and authorities where legally required may receive data.
Retention
We retain enquiries as long as needed to respond and follow up on a quote. Once no longer needed, they are deleted, except for information that must be retained with restricted access for legal obligations or potential liabilities for the applicable periods. Records of contracted services are retained for the relevant statutory periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent by emailing lacct@aol.com. State the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to identify your request. Additional identity evidence is requested only when necessary. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
Cookies and external services
This version does not include its own analytics, advertising tools or optional cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical data such as your IP address. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data required for security and operation. Opening WhatsApp subjects you to that external service's terms. If non-essential cookies or tracking tools are added, this policy must be updated and prior consent requested with equivalent accept and reject options.

Last updated: 10 October 2026. This policy describes the current website and must be reviewed when services, providers or data processing change.
